Warning Signs

Warning signs are for identifying something that may cause harm to persons unaware of its presents.

These warning hazards can range from chemical, electrical, machinery, noise, temperature, slips trips and falls, asbestos and many other identifiable hazards around the work or public buildings.

Warning signs will display a YELLOW triangle with a BLACK border, BLACK text and display a BLACK pictogram specific to clearly identify the particular hazard. The yellow part of the sign must also cover 50% of the sign. Care should be taken when a warning sign is displayed as a potential hazard will be present.
